SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most orders will ship within two business days (Usually quicker Mon-Fri). If your order is placed after 1 pm GMT on Friday, your order will be shipped out Monday. However, please allow for up to 48 hours for order processing during the busy times.
All orders are shipped out Monday through Friday via Royal Mail for our Untracked Services and Tracked Services. This excludes Public Bank Holidays and all other Major Holidays.
Please make sure to include any apartment, building, or suite number with your address if applicable.
Any missing information from your address will effect delivery times and in some cases may cause your package to be returned to our office.
In these cases, we will attempt to contact you for the correct address and additional shipping payment may occur. If no response after 72 hours, your order will be refunded, minus your original shipping charge.

Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that parcels will arrive on time as these are the guidelines set by our shipping partner Royal Mail. We strongly advise orders placed in the few days before Christmas you pay for an upgraded tracked service, options will be available on our checkout page. This will give you full tracking so you can follow for updates on the Royal Mail tracking page.
Any orders placed between 3pm on Friday the 20th December and Monday 23rd will be shipped out before we close for Christmas but are unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas unless you have paid for next day special delivery.
Orders placed after 3pm on the 23rd won't be processed until after Christmas when we return. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order has been shipped.

International Shipping Options
Currently, orders placed on the website are not able to ship worldwide, only to Europe - but we are working on it!
EU Shipping
Royal Mail International Untracked Standard - £3.25 - £6.25 depending on weight - 6-7 working days
Royal Mail International Signed For - £9.95 - 3-4 working days
Import duties and taxes may occur on EU orders which will need to be paid directly with your local courier before they deliver your package. These costs are out of our control and are set by each countries Tax office.
ORDER AND SHIPMENTS NOTIFICATIONS
Order confirmations emails are sent shortly after your order is placed. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent once payment has been cleared. These have been known to sneak into the spam folder of email inboxes in the past.
Never fear! If you have received a message from soctopous.co.uk with an order number on the website itself, your order has been placed.
We are also always more than happy to triple verify this order or shipping confirmation via phone or email; please include information you may have, such as first and last name, date, and order number to assist us in locating your order efficiently.
I need my order faster than I thought. Can you upgrade it?
Of course you can but you will need to be quick! Send us an email before 12pm (Midday) on the day you placed the order and we will do what we can to help.
When will you send my order?
We do our very best to send all orders within 24 hours of ordering but at certain times of year this isn’t always possible.
We get very busy in November and December (Well socks are the best gift, right?) so please do allow us that extra bit of holiday goodwill and we will get your order out as soon as we can.
There may also be delays that are outside of our control as the delivery services are typically very busy around the holidays. So if you order is urgent please do give yourself plenty of time and make sure you keep an eye on any national delays.
My package says delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do?
First thing to do is contact your local delivery office to find out if they have any info about your sock delivery. Or it may be with one of your kind neighbours.
So why not pop round to see if they have it? And invite yourself in for a cuppa at the same time.
Oops, my package was shipped to the wrong address. What do I do?
Please reach out to us via email so we can help look into the situation. If you missed an apartment or box number, we suggest reaching out to your local post office.
If you accidentally inputted the incorrect address, your package may potentially be sent back to us.
Soctopus is not responsible for any additional shipping fees.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days for unworn merchandise in its original, unaltered packaging.
We don’t offer a refund on return shipping costs, but in the instance of an exchange we can cover the cost to get your socks back out to you.

I received a defective product. Can I return it?
Of course you can.
Unfortunately, defects do happen, and we want to make it right! Please send us an image of your defective sock via email, with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond asap with steps on how to return the socks.Please Note: We know how exciting it can be to get a big package of socks in the mail, you just want to tear it open, however, please be very careful when opening your sock package.
Unfortunately, cannot accept returns of socks with holes in them!
