What size will fit me? 📏
We stock a range of sizes to suit all feet. Please see below.
Small: UK 4-8, EU 37-42, US 6-10
Large: UK 9-12, EU 43-46, US 10-13
Where do Soctopus socks come from? 🌏
Our wonderful range of socks is designed by our in house team in the UK and manufactured using only the finest blend of combed cotton in our partner factory in China.
How do I care for my Soctopus socks? 🚿
You know you are supposed to wash your socks right? While our socks are breathable they won’t stop stinky feet all on their own.
All our socks are machine washable at normal temperatures. Don’t use bleach and avoid tumble drying.
Orders and Payments
Can I place an order over the phone? ☎️
No, sorry. But it’s really quick and easy to place an order using the website.
What forms of payment do you accept? 💳
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships? 🚢
Unfortunately we are not able to modify your order once you have checked out on the site. But we are able to cancel an order if you contact our team before 12pm (Midday) on the day you placed the order.
Do you offer sales and promotions? 🛍️
Why yes! Indeed we do. We have two ongoing promotions that allow you to buy any 3 pairs of Soctopus socks for £20 and we also offer free shipping when you spend £10.
How’s that for generous?
We do also run sales and special discounts throughout the year and if you sign up to our newsletter you will be first in line to find out about them.
I haven’t received an order confirmation! What should I do. 📧
Check your spam. If you still can’t find your order receipt then drop us an email and one of the team will be happy to help.
My order is all wrong! 😭 What should I do?
Don’t panic. It will all be fine.
Even if we do have the best team of order packers in the world, we do very occasionally make mistakes, but never fear, as we are here to help.
Just pop us an email with 10 days of receiving your order, explaining the issue and we will organise getting the right socks on your feet.

All UK orders over £10 qualify for free shipping!

Royal Mail Second Class Untracked - £1.50 - 2-7 working days
Orders between £10-£20:
Royal Mail Second Class Untracked - Free – 2-7 working days
Orders over £20:
Royal Mail 48 hours Tracked - Free – 2-4 working days
Upgraded Tracked 24 option -
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.50 – 1-2 working days
International Shipping Options
Currently, orders placed on the website are not able to ship worldwide, only to Europe - but we are working on it!
In the meantime, head over to our Etsy shop where you can still purchase our fun socks and have them shipped to wherever you are in the world!
EU Shipping
Royal Mail International Untracked Standard - £3.25 - £6.25 depending on weight - 6-7 working days
Royal Mail International Signed For - £10.35 - 3-4 working days
Import duties and taxes may occur on EU orders.
I need my order faster than I thought. Can you upgrade it?
Of course you can but you will need to be quick! Send us an email before 12pm (Midday) on the day you placed the order and we will do what we can to help.
When will you send my order?
We do our very best to send all orders within 24 hours of ordering but at certain times of year this isn’t always possible.
We get very busy in November and December (Well socks are the best gift, right?) so please do allow us that extra bit of holiday goodwill and we will get your order out as soon as we can.
There may also be delays that are outside of our control as the delivery services are typically very busy around the holidays. So if you order is urgent please do give yourself plenty of time and make sure you keep an eye on any national delays.
My package says delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do?
First thing to do is contact your local delivery office to find out if they have any info about your sock delivery. Or it may be with one of your kind neighbours.
So why not pop round to see if they have it? And invite yourself in for a cuppa at the same time.
Oops, my package was shipped to the wrong address. What do I do?
Please reach out to us via email so we can help look into the situation. If you missed an apartment or box number, we suggest reaching out to your local post office.
If you accidentally inputted the incorrect address, your package may potentially be sent back to us.
Soctopus is not responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days for unworn merchandise in its original, unaltered packaging.
We don’t offer a refund on return shipping costs, but in the instance of an exchange we can cover the cost to get your socks back out to you.

I received a defective product. Can I return it?
Of course you can.
Unfortunately, defects do happen, and we want to make it right! Please send us an image of your defective sock via email, with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond asap with steps on how to return the socks.Please Note: We know how exciting it can be to get a big package of socks in the mail, you just want to tear it open, however, please be very careful when opening your sock package.
Unfortunately, cannot accept returns of socks with holes in them!
Do you take returns from Soctopus retailers nationwide?

Yes! Of course you can. We love customer suggestions and are always looking for fun new designs. So please feel free to drop us an email and we will add your suggestion to the box.

No, sorry.
